Soft landing to Ontario through Land: car or Amtrak

Dear Forum members,

My COPR is valid until March 2023. I am planning to do soft landing in land through any CBSA in Ontario. I can go through Buffalo, Niagara Falls in NY, or Detroit in MI.

My questions is, since some CBSA of bridges only open from Tuesday to Thursday every week (https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/travel-voyage/settle-setablir-eng.html), is it possible for me to land through Amtrak? I may get into a train in Buffalo in NY and get out in Niagara Falls in Ontario.

What's Amtrak's schedule?

I am not sure whether there is an office there for PR landing or not.

Check CBSA website if there's an office for passenger immigration.
