Soft landing in covid time

I have my copr approved on march 10. WIll i be able to make soft landing serve my quarantine and do my rest of my stuff and fly back to my home country. Is that allowed now?. or should i inform CIC that i will not be able to travel put my copr on hold and when able to travel can inform them?. My copr is valid till nov end.Due to commitments i would not be able to move permanently for 9 months.

No, you should tell them you can't travel now as soft landing is disallowed.
