So many PNPs - Which one to choose?

Can any member please guide if there is any PNP program where job offer from that province is not a pre-requisite to apply?

I have been trying to find a PNP program where I can submit my interest based on my EE profile and CRS points but since I don't have any job offers from Canada yet and no other contacts, I am bit lost and not able to find any PNP program so far.

Please guide if there is any such PNP program.

This is my own summary of PNPs (open in a new window for full size). Note that four provinces ask for a job offer (text in red) and two of them ask for close ties (highlighted in yellow) which simply requires previous work or study in the province or relatives or friends who have lived there for a year or more.

There is a big sticky thread on the top of this forum which summary every single PNP available in Canada. Have you read it yet?

Yes I have read that thread.
The thing is most of the information present in the main article is obsolete now as many PNPs rules have been changed.
Some PNPs links are not working in that thread and some information is not upto the mark.

I went online after reading the thread and found out few information on my own. But most of the information I found is asking the applicants to have a valid job offer from the province in which he/she wants to apply for the PNP. As I am totally new in this, that is why I have asked guidance from the experienced members.

Just want to know if there is any PNP program where job offer from that province is not the pre-requisite.

Please refer to the image I attached above, it simply shows which provinces ask for a job offer which are only 4 out of 11 provinces!

Probably because all the open PNPs at the moment are only nominating those with a job offer. You'll have to wait for them to announce the 2017 intake for streams without job offers.
