Slow PR Application process

I am Aug AOR of EE from Bangladesh. Why my PR application is so long?

What's the current status? You should consider the processing time of 6 months so wait until February or March.

It will hit 6 months in Feb 7. No ADR. Just sitting idle

I called them 1.5 months back. They said Eligibility passed, security passed. Criminality yest to start. But as far as I know, Security is the last step. So I thought the info was not right. I ordered gcms on 22 Jan and yet to receive.
