A few days ago I received a request letter from IRCC to upload a new Letter of Acceptance but there was no slot opened on my online account to upload the document. I have sent the webform along with the document and screenshot to IRCC explaining that there was no slot for upload. Is it weird or has thing happened to anyone? Is there any other alternative to send the document directly to the Visa officer since webform will very slow?
 
Hello, I am facing the same issue but in my case i didnt even received the Request letter on the IRCC GC key account. i was waiting for a update so Called Contact centre and they told i had a request sent by officer but i had a technical glitch so was unable to get it. Now i am confused what should i Do.. I had already raised a Webform but they havent received it yet.
