Skipped one grade in secondary school, is this a problem?

hi Guys,

is someone jumps a grade that is not doing GRADE 8, from GRADE 7 he went to GRADE 9.

now this will reduce the total years of education as I am not sure jumping a grade can be counted in, if this is counted then its 16 years of education otherwise its 15.

Please advise folks:
1) how many years to count.
2) will this jump cause a problem

1) Count 16 years (whatever the normal time period is supposed to be)
2) Even if it was 15 years, it wouldn't matter. Current rules don't require a certain number of years of education for points. Only the assessment of your highest degree will matter.
