Hello, I did my skilled work from March 2018 until June 15th of 2019. I have gotten my ITA but I am wondering do I need to send in the application before June 15th, so that my skilled work will be within 3 years, even though my 90 day limit is after this date? Because I don’t know if my police reports will arrive in time (due to COVID) - could I send in the application before the 90 days limit with a loe explaining that it needed to be sent in before the June 15th and that I am awaiting my police reports?
Skilled works limit is within my 90 days - does that matter?
