Hi, I am applying for Canadian skilled worker visa, I am confused on how to answer experience related question: "In the last 10 years, how many total years of skilled work experience do you have? "

As I have had different NOC levels in the last 10 years, do I include the total number of years or just the number of years for the particular NOC I am applying in. Please advise. Many thanks for your help.
