Just want to ask how to apply as a skilled worker from Dubai to Canada?

My brother is in Dubai and love to come here in Canada and look for a better opportunity here like each and everyone of us!

How can he get a job offer? did he needs to apply online on any kind of company?

It's pretty difficult to get a job offer from outside of Canada. He should look for jobs on reputable sites such as workopolis, monster.ca and the Canadian Job Bank.

Oh really he should look for a job offer first before applying on the cic link that you sent me?
I guess applying for skilled worker is a little bit complicated.

Like I said in my earlier post, the link has information for applicants that are eligible to apply RIGHT NOW. Most of the stuff will remain the same, BUT there will be some changes to the program starting in May. Starting in May, people without job offer can apply, but their occupation has to be in a priority occupation list that CIC will release only in April. SO keep checking their site for updates from them.
