Hi everyone,

Was hoping someone could help me! Im a UK citizen and been looking at Canadian PR and I have a LOAD of questions about the Skilled Worker visa.

1) In the London checklist it mentions getting sealed University transcripts which is going to be a problem for me. Is notarised copies good enough?

2) My wage slips and company contracts are online copies so if I print them would this suffice? How can they be notarised too as surely "soft" copies are open to abuse?!

3) The company I work for is a huge international company but unfortunately their references don't go into detail as to what duties I perform (and this is liable to change on every project I go on). What is sufficient proof that the duties I perform fall under NOC 0213? Company headed paper is only given out on HR letters so my superiors dont have access to them. Business cards are also rare within the company..

4) If I was to apply for the Skilled Worker but Category 3 (For students or workers who are legally residing in Canada, and have done so for at least 12 months immediately before submitting their application) and after I had received a visa with BUNAC, working full time for part of the 12 months in Canada, would that be sufficient? What proof is needed and does it have to be continuous for 12 months solid?

Thanks in advance, apologies for all the questions!
