Skilled worker visa application

please tell me all the criteria for applying FSW.I am taking ielts test and international french test will decide my points.I am sure i ll get 16 in my english laguage and somehow i ll manage to get atleast 4 from french.then my total points will be 70.what you people say then abt FSW application.is it necessary to have a job letter before applying for FSW.

je pense que le TEF est tres difficil.mais, peut-etre vous avez de competence haute....
