Skilled worker under biology and related scientist

Hi,

I am PhD graduate, and having one and half years of experience in Canada, Now I am planing to apply for Canada PR under Biology related scientist in the month of July, 2012.
My work permit expire in September, but it is not going to be extending. So I am planing keep my application in July, so that i can hear some news from CIC by the time of September.

I have my IELTS score ready (6.0).

Now I request any body can advise me, what are the documents needed for applying under this category. I have the following documnets ready by now.

1. Work experience letter form Canadian employer
2. My Ph.D Transcripts
3. M.Sc and B.Sc Transcripts
4. Date of Birth Notory
5. Passport and Immigration document
6. IELTS score document.

I request you advise me if any thing I have to add to the above list.
