Good Day ,Sir/ Madam.
I would like to migrate in Canada, i want to know the procedure.from the start. I've been waiting for a long time to complete my application (in the Philippines) but then our documents is still waiting.
Can you help me.I have a relative in Edmonton ,Alberta and the embassy in Philippines said no open yet in Manitoba.
