Came to Canada with a closed 2 year WP, my employer fired me after 6 months. What can I do? Is it possible to get another WP? What do I need to apply for a new job?

You can remain in Canada and look for a new job.

Once you find a new employer and job, your new employer will need to obtain an approved LMIA. You will then have to apply for a new closed work permit based on that new LMIA. Once the new work permit is approved, you will be able to start working for your new employer.

LMIA process typically takes somewhere from 3-5 months to complete - although some are processed faster. Work permit is probably 4-6 weeks.
