Organizing, controlling and monitoring all procurement activities in a project
Introducing procurement strategies targeting maximum contribution to the operating result and guaranteeing
the observance of the of procurement processes described and optimizing deployment of resources
1. Prepares tender documents, evaluates quotation received from different manufactures/suppliers, and
Recommends to Tender Committees 2. Administers Contracts 3. Prepares and monitors section’s annual budget.
4. Ensures that contracts conform to legal requirements. 5. Prepares standard call-off contracts and price
Agreements 6. Maintains online status reports for all active contracts 7. Organizes and chair pre-award
Meetings with end-users and Manufacturers 8. Performs other related duties as needed upon request by the
Immediate supervisor.
2. Analyzing scope of supply and customer contract agreements, carrying out risk analyses and introducing
Negotiation recommendations
to prepare for negotiations with suppliers (back-to-back where appropriate) and to initiate appropriate
