I applied for canadian immigration under skilled worker as IT-teacher.
My case got rejected as visa officer said he is not satisfied if my organization provide all the trainning, services which are provided in NOC4131. but my organization provide all the service. it is not linked with any university or any other private educational institute.. its a pure private computer trainning institute and bit of software development too. we give trainnig and provide courses of 6-12 months to all types of students(graduates and undergraduates). i can generate any doc which ever required from my company..
Any chances of success in appealing in federal court.?
Guys Please help..... ASAP

Dear Brother
As you mentioned in your post ...but my organization provide all the service. it is not linked with any university or any other private educational institute..
I think its the main reason for your rejection.
In India the Deemed University status enables the educational institutes to design their own syllabus and course work, many institutes apply to the Ministry of Human Resources and development for obtaining the deemed to be university status. The Ministry then puts forward the application to the University Grant Commission (UGC) of India. The UGC then evaluates the Institute according to its set standard and recommends it for either the grant or rejection of Deemed to be University status.

The UGC may also point out to the institute the deficiencies it had found while examining and these institutes may acquire the Deemed to be University status in the due course of time.
