I'm graduated with B.Sc. degree in Industrial engineering and I Have more than 4 years experiences in Project Management (Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting, Preparing Reports and Measuring Progress) in Construction Projects such as Oil Industry, oil and Gas Refinery, Oil Pipeline, Petrochemical and Power Plant Projects. I graduate with MSc. in IT Management now and 2 months later I will Complete that too.

Could anyone do me a favor and tell me, Can I apply on construction Management occupation to migrate to Canada? and do my MSc. degree can help me to earn the needed assessment points despite I have not any work experiences in relate to ITM.

if construction manager is on the list and you have one year of experience in that and do most of the duties specified for construction manager under that NOC code, then you can apply.

Yes your unrelated MSc will give you points as long as you have completed the degree.
