Hi,

My Skill worker application was refused on the ground that I could not provide evidence of family member in canada which made me fall below 67 - got 63!!

I want to reapply, i intend to retake my IELT Exam and claim 16point and makeup for the 4pints need. is this possible? Can I re-apply immediately?

Yes you can re apply any time if you are sure you can show and claim 67 or more points

Sorry to hear about refusal ur application, but If you could not arrange docs to proof relatives in Canada so how did you claim point for the same??

Hi,
So sorry to hear about the rejection. Do go ahead to apply again. U'll need to show evidence that the relative falls under the qualifying category (spouse, parent or sibling etc..........NOT cousin!!!). I had a similar experience although I was rejected under a faulty premise. My IELTS score was evaluated using the old system instead of the current one so I was denied 4 points. I've asked them to reevaluate my application so I'm hoping for something good. Just hang in there. Best of luck!
