Hi

i need a little bit of help and guidance i have applied for the skilled worker program to immigrate to canada, i meet the points threshold. my job code is 2171 which is in the A class section.

i have filled in my application and sent this to nova scotia.

i have recieved a letter saying not eliagable for recedency in canada, even though the application is stamped that it should go to london where as has come from nova scotia.

i understand that i am not on the list of jobs they require now, will i be better theirfor filling out another application and sending this to the canadian embassy in london for application of PR through the skilled worked visa.

im 24 years old and have been in my level of employement for 5years, with an education level of HND.

just looking for any help guidance or other way i should possibly look at applying, i havent got a job offer at the moment.

thanks

1. If you don't have 1 years experience in an occupation on the "list of 38" or have worked in Canada or don't have an AEO from a Canadian employer, you don't qualify for Immigration. So you really can't apply.
2. By the way all skilled worker applications now go to Sydney.

no probs

we are still looking to go to canada would you theirfor advise a work permit, then apply for PR that way.

i just remeber the process being very different not to long ago whereby it was points that get you in, now it a job from a list which.

can you go as a skilled worker if you get a job offer
