Skill Transferability points?!

Hi,

I have just completed my 2 years of work in canada, And i have a bachelors from india (4 years Engineering) and a 2 year Masters in canada. I was hoping to get extra 25 points for my
2nd year completion, as mentioned. however i havent got that. Please advise. And as of today i have completed my 2nd year. the one i highlighed is what i am referring to in the below context.

With good official language proficiency (Canadian Language Benchmark Level [CLB] 7 or higher) and a post-secondary degree Points for CLB 7 or more on all first official language abilities, with one or more under CLB 9

Secondary school (high school) credential or less (CLB levels 1 & 2) 0 0

You need CLB 9 in all four language sections plus THREE years work experience in your primary NOC to get the 50 points. The two years work would give you only 25 points.

But it says the below,

Points for education + 2 years or more of Canadian work experience = Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer (CLB levels 6,7 & 8) = 50
