Hi guys, I'm quite new in this forum but learned a lot of information.
I tried the Online Assessment and told that I am eligible to apply to Quebec.
However, I am not confident in learning French specially that I may have an Interview.

My question is, even if my skill (Chemical Engineer) is not in the current NOC list, can I still apply even if the application lakes long time?
Thanks and hope you share your ides here.

Only on conditions that you have an arranged employment in Canada.

Yup, that is quite clear on the website. If you want to apply under the skilled worker program and your NOC is not on the list, you need to have a job offer (AEO).

There is no such thing as still applying and taking longer. If you apply without a NOC on the list or an AEO, they will mail your application back to you.
