Skill Category decision....

Hi friends,
Please any of you can give me some idea what does it mean on my ecas 'Decision made'. I have never been asked medical but I had already submitted police report. I am under old skill category but my time for turn is rolling and right time for such decision.

Without MR means negative decision or the MR is sent together. There the say they will soon contact me. How do they contact normally via letter, email or phone ????

Please can some one through some light on this and I can get some pre-idea on it.

DM without medical is rejection, some time its system error but its very rare.
