My friend just received an ITA , SHE has written 33 hours/week in POst ITA but on his T4 he has $25198 amount after taxes.

Question :
What should she write $25198(T4 Amount) on reference letter as ANNUAL SALARY OR 33 Hoursx52weeks Times $13.50 = $23166 ??

Well why is the difference there anyway? Did the friend get a bonus?

So why is there a difference?

well that means they get 30 hours one week and sometimes 45 hours and such

Have you actually asked what the employer is willing to write? If the employer writes 33 hours with year salary, fine. If they write 33 hours a week 13.50 per hour, her LOE could say sometimes they worked overtime? It's not really a SITUATION.

i cannot really ask their employer but , can they put Roughly word in on REFRENCE with that amount ??

I would ask the employer to state a minimum of 30 hours per week.

The letter of reference should indicate how the application is actually remunerated. An hourly wage is not the same thing is as a salary. If she paid an hourly wage, then the letter should say so.

The letter can say something like "at least 33 hours per week" - and it is quite normal for hourly employees to sometimes work extra hours, is it not?

As for the discrepancy with the T4 - it is very small, and MORE than the minimum amount calculated, so it is quite OK. It would be a different story if the T4 said 20,000K or less, while the info in the letter suggests 23K.

If she wants to add an annualized amount to the letter, it can say "Ms X works a minimum of 33 hours per week (occasionally more), and is paid at the rate of 13.50 per hour, for earnings of approximately $23,166 per year."

EDIT: Or as Ozlis suggested, "a minimum of 30 hours per week" would be quite OK too.

as she has used 33 hours per week in her POST ITA APPLICATION, wouldn't it be ideal to ask the employer to state a minimum of 33 hours per week ??

You stated above that sometimes she gets 30 hours and sometimes more. 30 hours is the minimum for CIC to accept full-time employment, so if she has more she is exceeding the requirement which is not a problem.
