I need one help. My Sister is living in Canada from 2012 and she got the PR last year.

Could you please let know how she can sponsor me.

Currently My Age is 36 years.
My IELTS Score is 6. (S-6, L-6,W-5.5,R-5.5).
IT Exe: 9 years.

If you sister is married, has kids, any other family in Canada, or her parents are still alive... then she can't sponsor you.

Depending what province she is living in, she may be able to help with a Provincial Nominee Program for you.

Parents are living in India. She is living in Ontario.

Now Is there any possibility to sponsoring me.

You should just immigrate as a skilled worker

Unfortunately you have no other recourse for PR except through express work visa on your own merits.
