No it wont, just use your passport surname on application.

It is not "sir name", but Surname, which means your family name (if applicable) and comes in the last of your name.

Just like John Wright - Marry Jones - Abdul Rahman and so on.

Haaa...that's funny dear dodan..Actually in India( and maybe in some other places as well) we generally call "family name" as "Surname"
