Iam Completed my B.Tech(Computer Science and Engineering) with 53.6%.
and 15+ Backlogs are there..
iam eligble to the PG Dimlpoma in any Coumputer related IT/Networking/cloud coumputing?????

No, IT (computer related) for FSW1 at present system. try next year or try to get job and apply for FSW2 (means arrange employement based PR) or work permit and follow the rules to apply your PR on work permit.
