SINP_CHANGE OF NOMINATION CERTIFICATE

Hello Everyone, just a quick question, I have a PR application with a file number under the economic class-SINP(Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee). I got my nomination being Cook, my question is, I am also a Security and Alarm Technician with ofcourse Canadian Experience, because I went to school for it in Saskatchewan. My previous boss wants to sponsor me as a Technician, I was wondering, should I apply a new PR application if a new Nomination as a Technician is approved? or can I just update my current PR application and give them the new Certificate of Nomination? Seniors please help me. This is what written on Saska site:

Trade certification equivalent to journeyperson status in Saskatchewan 20 Points

My question is I have 2 years B.COM degree from University so my education is 14 years.
Will i get 20 points OR not???
