hi guys.. i'm just confused,, what is the difference between sinp and family class sponsorship?? we're planning to apply for SINP this coming july 2012 but they suddenly made changes on the requirements of eligibility.. we thought we're losing our canadian dream until we saw family class sponsorship.. could anyone please explain this to me??? please.....??? does this kind of sponsorship requires ielts?

thanks.. hoping four your kind response,,

It's very likely that you do not qualify for sponsorship through family class.

You mentioned in a previous thread that your sister lives in Canada. Does she have any other immediate family here? (i.e. spouse, children) Are your parents still alive?

hi scylla,, why is that we're not qualify for family class sponsorship?

my sister andher immediate family are already settled in canada.. and yes.. our parents are still alive.. why did you ask?

Your sister cannot sponsor you through family class - sorry.

She would only qualify to sponsor you if she had no family (i.e. no spouse, no children) and also if your parents were no longer alive.

Again, unfortunately you don't qualify for family class.
