SINP Suspension for 2 yers. Can i apply again other than sinp?

Hello Members,

Recently my SINP application has been suspended to apply again in SINP for 2 years. Due to misrepresentation of NOC and use of non-licensed Consulting agency. I want to know can I apply in any other province/ Express entry/ for Student Visa other than Saskatchewan?

You are banned for applying from Saskatchewan but because all the provinces and IRCC share information then expect your applications to be refused for all other applications.
