SINP - supervisor vs manager? Who to include

Hi ppl,

Please confirm if Human resources (HR) person can be the supervisor and we can mention his or her contact details etc on experience letter.

Is it mandatory to include manager contact details in experience letter required by SINP?
 
It is good if possible. Then they will not enquire more. Trust will increase. Write any number. By the way they call manager, if not work. Then they will call the supervisor.

I think u have already submitted the application.

It can be someone senior than you and if possible your immediate supervisor.
Colleagues can not be the one.
Contact details and ALL other details are mandatory.

Yes i have received an ADR request. The problem is i am little apprehensive about adding supervisor details and what if they are not able to give a positive feedback. Also in my previous company letter, i cant mention any supervisor as none of my managers are working there anymore. So in this case i will mention to contact HR only.

What do they ask when they call. Any experience?
