plzzzzz tell me that i m applying for sinp under skill class with job offer,my employer will give me affidavit of eng language ability but do i still need ielts,i know its not requirement of sinp.but cic visa officer at london is asking for ielts is 4 ielts enough plz reply me.regards

I was made redundant in Ontario in 2008 and spent 7 months looking for work. I used Monster.ca, Workopolis.ca and a lot of individual company sites to search for vacancies. The job I was offered came from the workopolis.ca site
