SINP - Selected "No" in question "Do you have Express Entry number?" before ITA

I have got an ITA from SINP. However, even though I had my express entry profile created, I had selected "No" for the following question for EOI application to SINP:

Have you been accepted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada's Express Entry pool and have an Express Entry Profile Number?

Will this create any issue with my ITA not getting accepted?

Yes, you must inform that you have an EE profile when applying for SINP. Your application will be considered no express entry

Currently my application is "Occupation in demands" category. I think it will be processed without express entry. Although is there a possibility that my profile might get rejected form SINP just because I had an express entry profile and mistakenly I selected "No" in above question?

No it won't be rejected because of that
