Please my previous employer has refused to write my reference letter in CIC format. How do I resolve this?

What is reason of objection? Usually in this case need to get 2 letters: 1 from hr to confirm on wage and working time. The other one from supervisor to confirm job duties. Combine the 2 and submit to sinp.

Yes, it should be on your company's letterhead except in a situation where your company do not give references then you write all your dutiesand responsibility, all that a reference letter contain with an explanation letter.

HR said the company policy allows him to give the letter in a standard format. This format only states I worked with the company for the period and did not state my job description and salary.

Hi

We have applied for SINP. They have come back with an additional requirement of second reference letter from a different person in the organization.
But there is no other signing authority apart from the initial HR operations head. Now what to do?

Can i show lockin mutual funds , sahara bonds and savings account balance as my source of funds?
and what is meant by transferable source of funds?
