SINP - PCC from passport address or currently residing address(bangalore)

Hello Friends,

I have got my Nomination letter from SINP, and they asked me to submit few docs in which PCC (Police clearance certificate)is one to CIC.
I am currently staying in bangalore(i am working here- from 5 years), and my permanent address is of punjab jalandhar in my passport my address is of jalandjar.

So Shall i get PCC from bangalore or from Punjab.
In case if i get PCC from Punjab will put any negative impact on my application .

You must apply online for PCC in Bangalore. They will do the needful. They can send for Police verification like Passport style verification and it will take much time.
