SINP OID MED REQ, need help URGENT

Hello All, my friend is a SINP OID nominee.
He got first AOR 1 month ago and linked His profile through GC Key.
Today his Account is showing
'Review of medical results: We have requested a medical exam. Check your messages below for details.'
but there is no related mail or message below the application status.
Seeking expert's opinion about this anomalous situation.

Check other threads. There are mixed responses. Some actually received a MR while others still pondering if its a technical issue or give a few days for MR to appear.
