B. Tech. (materials & Metallurgical Engineering)
10 yrs of Exp as programmer
5 yrs of Exp as Project Manager (Claiming point for only this experience)

has any one been successful with similar profile ? means education not related to Noc 0213....

If you have any certificate in computer science , provided even by private institutions it may work..
