SINP- Job offer requirements and

Hi..
can you please give me information about the Job offer required in applying for SINP?
Can a job offer be not in lined with the studies you have taken and the experience you accumulated? example is if you are a nurse and found a possible employer under food service can such employer sponsor you under SINP? How?
As I understand SINP employer sponsorship is a separate application from LMIA am i right?
please clarify this to me I am quite confused.
