SINP invitation NOC 2282 -Employment Requirements

We applied for SINP on (NOC 2282 User support technicians) and got invitation I just want to ask that my husband is doing 01 year - Diploma in IT from Sindh Technical Board Karachi (Not University), his qualification are as under: -

• One-year Diploma in Information in Technology, Sindh Technical Board, Karachi (In process)
• Six months Diploma as a Oracle Software Developer and Database Administration
• MBA (2 years Degree) in Management Information System
• B. Com (2 years Degree)

Moreover, I already got ECA report from CE,they gave me equivalency i.e. “Master in Business Administration”.

While my NOC 2282 – User support technicians “Employment Requirements on Official NOC website are as under: -

• Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration is usually required.
• College or other courses in computer programming or network administration are usually required.
• Certification or training provided by software vendors may be required by some employers.

Are we eligible for this NOC i.e 2282?

It is worth mentioning that one of my cousin, who’s NOC is same as us i.e 2282, got successfully nomination from SINP.
He told me that, he got ECA from CES but SINP advise to get again ECA from WES, then he went to WES and got equivalency Bachler in computer Science.
But his education detail are much different from us he got Bachelor in commerce and then got 2 years master degree in computer science

If SINP advise me ECA from WES again what equivalency WES would award to us?. And my second question is:-

Moreover, my duties are 100% match with 2171 and 2282.

Please advice?
