SINP International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer EE or Paper Based PR

i still haven't gotten the answer to this question since as I have seen many of you are going with sinp ee or OED, this category is falling short

Now, my question is since there isn't a specific answer to the question whether what type of PR can I apply for with this sinp

My question is:

Can I choose whether to apply for EE or Paper based or after I get nominationed?

What is OED? Only familiar with OID. You can only have one profile so either EE or paper based.
