It is lengthy, takes 2 years or more.

Anyways I have submitted for review and next day status showed as in process for 2nd review, I guess it a long wait from here. Anyone who personally went through this process would be able to tell I guess and also depends on file rejection basis too I saw online few got in 2 months, few in 6 and few are still waiting and its over a year.

If SINP realises their fault, then maybe declare in few days or few days,
But once in a blue moon

No. But I have seen many cases, talking with people, reading and experience.

Hi everyone, I got a mail saying I was ineligible for Nomination, reason was that the required settlement fund has not stayed in my account for 3 months. I opted to fill a fresh EOI on my Oasis profile, afterwards I found out that I could re-apply (same day I created the fresh EOI) without receiving new ITA.

My questioned is, would SINP expect me to submit my application within the usual 60days from ITA? I have the settlement fund, but its still not 3months in my account. I intend to delay till its 3months before submitting another application.

Someone share your experience, thought, opinion etc...Thanks
