I need some advice regarding the nomination certificate regarding the SINP-entrepreneur stream.
My parent received the nomination certificate in May and then mailed my PR application to CIO. Their application was returned by CIO as there is some missing document. However, they were informed by CIO in the late July that CIO has sent their return application to a wrong address, so CIO need to re-send it and they sent it to my address in Toronto. However it took almost 4 months for me to received my parent's returning application package. i received the return application on Sept 28 which is the exact expiration date of their nomination certificate.
Can i ask for an extension of the nomination certificate from the Government of Saskatchewan clearly state that the delay is due to CIO's late notify for returning the application as well as their mistake of enter the mailing address incorrectly to cause the unexpected time consuming for the application to return to us.
Can anyone help and give us advice on this situation?
