SINP close family relative point issues

Dear All
hope you all are doing well.
I would like to know something. I am living in SK now and wants to give family relative point to my brother.
the issue is-
in my passport, my father's name : Md Moktar Hossain
in my brother's passport, father's name: Mohammad Mokter Hossain

will it be ok in file processing or Do i need to submit any explanation letter with the docs?

I have made another mistake in my brother's Date of Birth. Can you please guide me in this regards?
