My NOC is 2133 Bachelors in Electronics and Communication from JNTU, India.I am having 7 yrs exp.

Can I apply with "Engineer in training" membership or do i need to wait for "Engineering Licensee" to apply for immigration?

As Engineering Licensee takes approx 1 year for evaluation...and that's toooo long to wait.

Ideally you have to wait for your license before applying for SINP, though they allow you to apply without license but your application will be on hold, its actually the same thing, whether you apply without license or wait for your license.
Some suggests to apply for non regulated NOC but I also dont know the success rate
