I am to apply for Temporary Resident Visa as I am planning to go home this November. My question is, will single entry TRV work for me as I will only leave this November and come back after my vacation ends and will most likely never leave again until my another TRV renewal is needed.

Just asking as I wanna save the 75$ difference between single and multiple entry but I still wanna make sure I will not have any problem leaving and coming back with the single entry TRV.

Thanks.

I think it's always best to invest in a Multiple entry TRV in case of emergency and you have to go back home. ;D

You're probably right with the emergency thing. And it also means I can return without a problem with a STRV, right? Thanks angelnic! appreciate the response.

Unless by some cruel twist of fate - they approve a multiple entry visa but validity is only 6mos - which is what happened to me - even if my WP was extended to more than a year before I applied. Hope this does not happen to you when you apply for yours ...
