Hi! Im giving birth on September here in Canada... But I want to declare it as a single mother... Do i need to write the name of the father of the child in the birth certificate of the coming baby?....

There is no harm writing the name of the father as long as you've stated you are a single mother.

I still have a working visa and my permanent resident visa still on process... can i claim a child care benefits even i am a temporary working visa since my baby will be a canadian citizen?

If you are living in Canada for 18 months as a TFW, you can claim Canada child tax benefit.

I started living here in canada as TFW last June 2012 then I'm giving birth on September 2013. So it would not be able to have a 18 months...

But the father of the child is 2 years now as TFW here in Canada...

Would that mean that I am not qualify to have a child care benefits for my child?

If you were living with the father or married to him, it would be enough that he is in Canada 18 months or more as a TFW, see http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/bnfts/cctb/fq_qlfyng-eng.html#q4

We are not living together with the father....

Im going to have my 18 months living in canada as TFW by the my baby is 3 months old.... in that case... can i apply by december 2013 the child care benefits?

Yes and it is called child tax benefit, not child care benefit.

They are two different types of benefits but you can apply for both, see http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/bnfts/
