Im a single mom of two wanting to move to Canada from Ireland. I have primary/elementary school degree. I plan to move next year. Any info would be gratefully appreciated, i.e is there a demand for teachers at kindergarten or elementary level?
what area part of Canada would be safe to be based for my family?
what route visa would I need to go?
I know I need permission from children's father.

Unfortunately teachers are not in demand in Canada. There are generally more trained teachers than job openings available. Note that you will need to go through a certification process before you will be allowed to teach in Canada.

It terms of which route, suggest you start by exploring the Express Entry immigration program. This is probably your most viable option depending on how many points you score. This is a points based program where you score points based on factors such as age, education, work experience, etc. Those with the most points are then selected to apply for PR. You are aiming to score around 470 to have a good chance of being selected. Start by calculating your score through the online tool since this will give you an indication of how realistic your plans are. Good luck.
