Hi, I’ll like the input of single moms who have successfully immigrated or are in the process of immigrating to Canada. What documents do we need to show to be able to successfully immigrate without getting the IMM5604 signed by the non accompanying parent.
My son bears my last name and I am the only one listed on his BC. I am working on getting Sole Custody but I’m wondering if I need any other documents to show that I can immigrate without permission from the other parent.
