Singapore parent immigration- Decision made in July - no letter yet - mail lost?

Hello,

I am just wondering my parents application has been approved in July - Decision made in July also. However, it has been 2 months and they didn't receive any letter yet. They live in Vietnam.

Do you know if they will mail the letter for PPR by email or mail? Any chance it was lost in the mail or is there a quota system that has reached limit for the year and they won't send out the PPR until the next January?

Our parents case also same as your case.
Our online cas changed to "decision has been made:
on july 2015 parents pr application file.
After that no one contact with us or no email received
from cic Singapore visa office.
Don't know what happening on our file ?

Medical received shows in ecas..july 2015
Decision made shows in ecas......july 2015
Decision letter not yet today.
Almost 48 days gone.
We playing waiting game for PPR since last 48 days.

Hi all
Our ecas changed to decision made on our parents permanent residence file .
Today 60 days passing we got DM through our ecas but no email or nobody contacted with us regarding DM still today.we are waiting or checking our ibox for passport request letter.
Dont know how many days waiting for decision letter from Singapore visa office.

Today is 79 days ecas shows DM on july2015. No PPR letter frm cic.sgvo yet ?
Is this normal ?
