I have appealed for my Singapore CoC.

Do I need to pay once the appeal is approved, as I didn't get a prompt to pay while submitting the appeal?

So the next question arises, where to get the Finger print scan done in Mumbai, India?

Is there a specific Finger Print scan form for Singapore?

Please shed some light if any one is aware of it..

There is a form and instruction in SPF website, just search. Print it then bring to your local police station that has fingerprint system. Then send it to SPF along with your payment receipt. You should’ve received an email instruction where to send it.
