but since november 13 this noc 6242 has closed

Have you tried looking into the Provincial nominee program? It's skill level B so you may have some flexibility there.

To be honest the easiest way to get your PR in Canada as a Cook is in Saskatchewan and Manitoba through PNP.

My employer applied sinp job approval letter for me but I worried as bcz LMO suspended for cook
Does it effect for me tho I m inside canada
